Warranty Terms and Conditions
Effective as of January 1, 2025

1.    Warranty Coverage

Nazarepair LLC (DBA Nazar Appliance Repair) provides a limited labor warranty ranging from 90 to 180 days, depending on the type of repair performed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship related only to the exact repair completed. Some types of repairs and services may not carry a warranty. Warranty coverage applies only to the part replaced and the specific repair completed, not the entire appliance.

Parts are covered only under the manufacturer’s warranty unless otherwise stated on the invoice.
   2.    Validity of Warranty

This warranty is valid only at the original service address. Proof of service (invoice or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

We must be given the opportunity to re-diagnose the appliance before any warranty decision is made. If no defect in our workmanship or the replaced part is found, the visit will be treated as a new service call.
   3.    What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:
— Normal wear and tear
— Unrelated failures that occur after the repair
— Damage caused by power surges, electrical supply issues, plumbing issues, or improper installation not performed by us
— Rust, corrosion, pest damage, or water damage
— Maintenance-related issues such as clogs, filters, cleaning, or buildup
— Cosmetic issues including scratches, dents, or discoloration
— Noise that is considered normal operation
   4.    Conditions That Void the Warranty

The warranty is void if:
— Another company or person services the appliance after our repair
— The appliance is misused, overloaded, or not operated according to manufacturer guidelines
— Customer-supplied parts are used
— Used or refurbished parts are installed unless specifically stated on the invoice
   5.    Dryer Repair Warranty Condition

Warranty for dryer repairs is valid only if the dryer vent system has been professionally cleaned within the past 12 months, either by our company or by another professional service provider, and proof of cleaning can be provided.
