180-DAY LIMITED REPAIR WARRANTY
Effective Date: July 2026
Warranty Terms Version 2026.07
GENERAL TERMS
These terms are provided for advance review of Nazar Appliance Repair’s standard 180-day limited repair warranty. Coverage for a specific repair is determined by the applicable paid invoice and any personalized warranty issued for that repair. The invoice identifies the customer, appliance, service location, repair performed, and parts installed.
IMPORTANT: This warranty covers only the specific part, component, or assembly repaired or installed by Nazar Appliance Repair and the labor directly associated with that covered repair. It is not a warranty on the appliance as a whole.
1. WARRANTY COVERAGE AND DURATION
Nazar Appliance Repair provides a limited warranty for 180 days from the repair completion date shown on the applicable invoice, provided the original invoice has been paid in full.
Coverage applies only to the specific part, component, or assembly repaired or installed by Nazar Appliance Repair and identified in the invoice, together with the workmanship directly associated with that covered repair. A failure of any other part, component, system, or function of the appliance is not covered.
The same or a similar symptom may be caused by a different component or condition. A repeated symptom alone does not establish that the original covered repair has failed.
New OEM replacement parts supplied and installed by Nazar Appliance Repair are covered for the same 180-day period unless the invoice states otherwise.
Aftermarket and non-OEM parts are governed by Section 6 and are not covered unless the invoice expressly states otherwise.
A longer manufacturer parts warranty may apply after this warranty expires. Labor, diagnostic, shipping, travel, and handling charges after the 180-day period are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
2. WARRANTY REMEDY
If Nazar Appliance Repair confirms a covered failure during the warranty period, the company will, at its discretion:
• Reperform the portion of the original covered work that was defective;
• Repair the originally repaired part, component, or assembly; or
• Replace a defective new part originally supplied and installed by Nazar Appliance Repair with the same or a reasonably equivalent part.
No additional service-call or labor charge will apply to a confirmed covered warranty repair.
Warranty service, including a replacement part installed under this warranty, does not restart or extend the original 180-day warranty period.
3. HOW TO REQUEST WARRANTY SERVICE
T
The customer must notify Nazar Appliance Repair of the reported problem before the warranty expiration date and provide the applicable invoice number.
Warranty claims must be submitted using one of the following two methods only:
• By phone call: (954) 955-1111
• By text message: (954) 737-7091
Notice sent by email, social media, through another phone number, or by any other method will not be considered a valid warranty claim unless acknowledged in writing by Nazar Appliance Repair.
A service appointment may occur after the warranty expiration date if the claim was properly reported through one of the approved methods before expiration and the customer reasonably cooperates with scheduling.
The customer must provide reasonable and safe access to the appliance and allow Nazar Appliance Repair an opportunity to inspect and diagnose it before coverage is determined. Coverage cannot be confirmed by telephone, video, or photographs alone.
The customer must stop using the appliance when continued operation could cause additional damage, create an unsafe condition, or interfere with diagnosis. Damage caused by continued operation after a known problem is not covered.
4. NON-WARRANTY VISITS AND CURRENT SERVICE FEES
If inspection or diagnosis determines that the reported condition:
• Is unrelated to the original covered repair;
• Involves a different failed component;
• Cannot be attributed to the original workmanship or installed part;
• Cannot be reproduced or verified; or
• Is otherwise excluded from coverage;
the visit will be treated as a new service call. The customer may be charged Nazar Appliance Repair’s then-current service-call, diagnostic, travel, or other applicable fees.
Then-current fees may also apply when the customer does not provide agreed access, the appliance is unavailable at the scheduled appointment, or a visit is canceled or rescheduled outside the company’s current cancellation policy.
5. EXCLUDED FAILURES, CONDITIONS, AND SERVICES
This Limited Repair Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, normal aging, or expected operating noise or behavior;
• Failure of a part, component, assembly, or system other than the specific covered repair;
• Misuse, abuse, neglect, improper loading or operation, lack of required maintenance, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions;
• Electrical supply conditions, power surges, low or high voltage, improper grounding, damaged outlets, generators, utility interruptions, or other external electrical conditions;
• Water supply, drainage, water pressure, water quality, plumbing, flooding, or external leak conditions unrelated to the covered repair;
• Rust, corrosion, mineral accumulation, mold, insects, rodents, pests, or contamination when such condition caused or contributed to the failure;
• Fire, lightning, flood, storm, accident, impact, natural disaster, or another event outside the company’s reasonable control;
• Damage caused by moving, transporting, reinstalling, modifying, improperly leveling, or improperly connecting the appliance after the repair;
• Cosmetic conditions, including scratches, dents, chips, discoloration, trim, finishes, shelves, bins, handles, or similar nonfunctional items, unless specifically identified as the covered repair;
• An intermittent, duplicate, or reported symptom when the original covered part or workmanship is not confirmed to have failed; or
• Consumables and recurring or maintenance-related services, including cleaning, routine maintenance, manual defrosting, filter replacement, descaling, lint removal, drain or vent clearing, odor treatment, or refrigerant charging performed without repair of an identified leak.
Replacement or repair of a specific maintenance-related component remains covered only when that component is expressly identified as a covered repair on the invoice.
6. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED, USED, REFURBISHED, AND NON-OEM PARTS
No warranty is provided for a customer-supplied part or for labor performed to install a customer-supplied part.
No warranty is provided for a used, pre-owned, salvaged, or refurbished part, or for labor associated with its installation, when that part is selected, supplied, or authorized by the customer. Any such arrangement should be identified on the invoice.
7. AFTERMARKET AND NON-OEM PARTS
When an OEM part is unavailable, discontinued, or when the customer selects a lower-cost option, Nazar Appliance Repair may offer an aftermarket or non-OEM part.
The part will be installed only with customer authorization and should be identified on the invoice.
Unless the invoice expressly states otherwise, Nazar Appliance Repair provides no warranty for the aftermarket or non-OEM part, or for labor required to diagnose, remove, reinstall, repair, or replace it if it fails, is defective, is incompatible, or performs improperly.
Any manufacturer or supplier warranty, if available, applies only under its own terms.
8. DRYER EXHAUST AND AIRFLOW CONDITIONS
The customer is responsible for maintaining a properly installed and unobstructed dryer exhaust system.
Warranty coverage does not apply when restricted airflow, excessive lint accumulation, improper vent installation, excessive vent length, crushed or disconnected ductwork, or another external exhaust condition caused or contributed to the reported failure.
Professional cleaning documentation is not required. Nazar Appliance Repair may, however, inspect the dryer exhaust system and airflow when evaluating a warranty claim.
Vent cleaning, correction, installation, and maintenance are not included in warranty service unless expressly stated on the invoice.
9. SUBSEQUENT SERVICE OR MODIFICATION
Coverage does not apply to a failure or damage caused by, affected by, or made more difficult to diagnose because of subsequent repair, modification, disassembly, wiring, installation, or parts replacement performed by another person.
Unrelated third-party service does not automatically cancel coverage when it did not affect the covered repair or the ability to diagnose the claim.
Coverage does not apply if the appliance model or serial number, the covered part, or relevant service markings have been removed, altered, or made unavailable in a way that prevents reasonable verification of the claim.
10. CUSTOMER, LOCATION, AND USE
This warranty applies to the original customer, appliance, and service location identified in the invoice and is not transferable.
Warranty service is provided during normal business hours within Nazar Appliance Repair’s then-current service area. Current travel charges may apply outside that area.
This warranty is intended for household appliances used for normal residential purposes.
Commercial, institutional, rental-fleet, laundromat, restaurant, or other nonresidential use is covered only if the invoice expressly provides written warranty terms for that use.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NAZAR APPLIANCE REPAIR WILL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FOOD, LAUNDRY EXPENSES, LOSS OF USE, LOST INCOME, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LODGING, OR SIMILAR EXPENSES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM A COVERED WARRANTY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE ORIGINAL COVERED REPAIR.
THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED OR EXCLUDED.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so some limitations may not apply. This warranty gives the customer specific legal rights, and the customer may also have other rights that vary by state.
11. ENTIRE WARRANTY AND GOVERNING LAW
These terms and the incorporated invoice state the entire Limited Repair Warranty provided by Nazar Appliance Repair.
No employee, technician, representative, or other person may modify or extend this warranty except through a written statement authorized by Nazar Appliance Repair.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.
Florida law governs this warranty, without reducing any nonwaivable consumer rights provided by applicable law.
