Terms and Conditions
Effective as of January 1, 2025
1. Scheduling and Appointments
We offer 2-hour appointment windows to provide flexibility and ensure timely service. While we do our best to arrive within the scheduled window, delays may occur due to traffic or extended repair times. You will receive an SMS update when your technician is on the way.
If parts must be ordered, we’ll contact you as soon as they arrive to schedule your follow-up appointment.
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a diagnostic fee. If the repair is approved during the visit, the diagnostic fee will be applied toward the total repair cost. If a customer is unreachable or not present at the confirmed time, a service call fee may still apply.

3. Service Call and Diagnostic Fee
Our diagnostic visit includes the technician’s inspection and a professional assessment of the appliance issue. The purpose of the diagnostic is to identify the most likely cause of the malfunction and determine the recommended repair solution.
Diagnostic findings and technician notes are intended for internal service use and are not provided for customer self-repair.
Diagnostics are based on the initial inspection. In some cases, additional issues may be discovered during the repair process. If that happens, an updated estimate will be provided before any additional work is performed.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service.
Accepted payment methods: cash, Zelle (754-213-9063), credit/debit card, or check.
Late payments may be subject to a fee.
5. Parts and Special Orders
We use only manufacturer-approved or high-quality replacement parts.
If a part is not in stock, we’ll order it within 48 hours.
Special-order or electrical components (such as control boards) are non-refundable once ordered.
Delivery times depend on our suppliers and shipping carriers.
We confirm the estimated delivery time with the customer before placing the order.
Nazar Appliance Repair is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers or shipping companies.
6. Warranty
We provide up to a 180-day limited warranty for eligible repairs, depending on the type of repair performed and the terms shown on the invoice. This warranty covers only the originally diagnosed issue. Unrelated failures or additional problems are not included.
If no issue is found upon inspection during a warranty visit, a standard diagnostic fee may apply.
7. Access and Safety
Please ensure safe and clear access to the appliance area. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone service if the work area is unsafe or obstructed.
8. Communications Consent
By providing your phone number or email address, you agree to receive appointment confirmations, service updates, estimates, invoices, and follow-up communications related to your service request. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text communications at any time by replying STOP or by contacting us directly.
